I mean, a cel is production art, right? So if 
the corrective paint was used to improve the cel 
so it better serves its purpose? Plus, I can't 
see anything either. It's a cute cel, and I 
think you should get it a nightsky background, a 
matte and a frame to make up for that 
insignificant speck of paint which was only 
meant to make it better :)
