Well... there's someone whom I really wish to 
help out (for my own sake o'course ^_^). She 
wants to bid on a cel of mine, but doesn't have 
PayPal. So now, PayPal money is currently the 
only useful money I can think of as I have cels 
to pay, through PayPal. 
Is there any online payment method you don't 
have to painfully sign up for and from where you 
can transfer money to a PayPal account to no 
significant loss?
