Not certian, but I think everything you're 
looking for is CG.  There are some "mook" cels 
for Mamotte Shugogetten out there, but 90% of 
those are pretty bad looking cels.  I prefer 
rilezu to fan cels because at least they have a 
sense of legitimacy, in addition to the 
uniqueness factor and the included douga.  As far 
as I'm concerned (personal opinion, don't flame 
me), fancels that are simply traced from the 
anime are the equivalent of counterfeit or 
bootleg merchandise and I think they devalue the 
market as a whole (I have no problem with fanart 
done as original works - that's a different 
kettle of fish).  

I can't really tell you where to look since I 
don't collect any of the titles you're looking 
for.  I do know that a few of the titles are 
extremely hard to find.  I think you'll have most 
luck with the Weiss Keruz Gluhen.
