A cel is only owrh what a person is willing to 
pay for it. But since you no longer have that seq 
number on it , because your vaccum swallowed up 
the piece that you cut off.  I think you may have 
lost the only piece to prove that the cel is not 
a fan cel. With no sketch there really is no 
proof that the cel is not a copy from a screen 
cap.  but as I said in the begining a cel is only 
worth what someone is willing to pay maybe 
someone iwllo ver look the fact it has no seq 
number on it. So good luck with that.
