To protect yourself, if you sell anything to her, 
make sure you get a tracking number on the 
package!  If there is no tracking number on the 
package, she can claim it as lost and Paypal will 
refund her the money out of YOUR account.  Under 
Paypal's seller protection policy, if a package 
is shipped without a tracking number, even if 
it's insured, if the buyer claims they never 
received it, you're still responsible to refund 
the money!
