What I have for sale is a Haibane Renmei Opening 
Rilezu Cel.  Rileze cel is a licensed cel.  No 
cels are produced in the making of CG anime.
All Relezu cels sold on this site (I bought the 
rilezu from: 
http://animecellar.cside.to/Rilezu/) are 
produced under permission by all licensee of 
their respective anime. A license is attached to 
each Rilezu cel, and an original douga actually
used to produce the anime comes with each Rilezu 
cel. Rilezu character design and
paint colors are produced under the supervision 
of the cheif character designer in the
production, images on Rilezu matches those shown 
in the anime.  I originaly bought the Haibane 
Renmei Opening Rilezu Cel for $200.  Since 
Official Haibane Renmei Rilezu cels are 
extremely hard to come by (Most of the douga and 
genga were destroyed after making of Haibane 
Renmei), I'm asking for at least $250.  If you
