Hello all. I was searching the forum for some
specific info, but I didn't find it (I may have
missed it). Here are my questions:

1. What type of ink do you use to draw the black
line image outline on the cel?

2. Is the cel a specific type of plastic...acetate?

3. Is the ink used mixed with anything to make it
a better medium for cels?

4. Is the acrylic mixed with water?

5 Is there a special type of acrylic needed for
cels, or will any acrylic do?
