in the hopes that no more flame wars start over 
what is considered a BANK cel please use e-mail 
instead of posting in regards to the value of 
another cel collectors gallery. It is more 
polite and since the bank comment is in your 
opinion more thoughtful towards the other 
collector. 

besides the concept of what a bank cel is 
considered to be, especially in the anime series 
of Sailor Moon is not clearly defined as simply 
a repeated cel. please take note of this.
