Rilezu cels are made AFTER a CG show has been made
-- they are hand painted and one of a kind, as
much like an original production cel as you're
going to get from a computer-produced anime -- I
have a Rilezu cel from the series .hack//SIGN (see
pic below).

Repro  (or reproduction) cels are usually made
from shows that were originally produced with
cels, but they are reproductions of the original
cels -- made in limited quantity and hand painted,
but NOT one of a kind.
