Lynn Minmay has never floated my boat, but I know
many people consider this movie a landmark of
anime.  If I were going to spend >$4000, I'd
probably go for a high-end Studio Ghibli cel or
production background.  But tastes differ,
obviously, and if the buyer (who doesn't otherwise
seem to be a high roller from his feedback record)
recognizes this image as a key moment from a
much-loved film ... well then ...

In other news, I see a CCS OP 3 cel cracked the
list, though not approaching the all-time top-ten
roster that I compiled last December, when cels
from this series were regularly penetrating the
200,000 yen mark.  Perhaps the quality of YHJ
stock is declining a little for this series, or
perhaps the competition is relaxing a twitch.
