I am not sure that they are cels, though....  It
says pos-films which I am not sure what they are...

But it does not say anywhere they are cels.  I
might be wrong but I really do not think they are
cels (they said 8 posi-films.  and it says they
are not nega-films so that you can keep them
longer etc etc...).
Obviously I don't know what nega-films and
posi-films :P (I think they are short for negative
films and positive films).
