Hello, 
I have a question I have been collecting cels for 
quite some tiem now , but there is one thing that 
has puzzled me.  Is a Bank cel a key cel. I know 
there are no sketches with bank cels at least not 
any I own but how would anyone be able to find 
out if there is such a thign as bank key cels. 
Any info you can give me would be really 
appriciated.
