This is the question I've been tormenting myself 
with for the last two weeks.  It was such a ball 
last year in spite of the occasional (*cough*) 
lack of organization and signage...

Will my pocketbook afford it, though?

The cel panel and chat session was such fun. I 
was so impressed to see how great everyone was.  
Didn't matter whether you had a truckload of 
major cels or a little notebook with a couple, 
everyone was complimentary and encouraging...
