This has a bit of sentimental value to me.
When you see the motion picture at the end, a 
song called "Oh Angel" plays, right before it 
Terry Bogard throws his hat.
You get goosebumps when the music starts. (Err me 
at least)

The following scan I credit to Delia, cause its 
her scan. Both her and ED are very outgoing and 
good people in this community. I cant thank her 
enough for this cel.
I might also add: I am not to sure whether a cel 
that leads to a end of a anime/movie has any 
catagorization.
