its not really a matter of is it too expensive 
for my tastes? More like can I get the funds in 
the alloted time to pay for it!! (LOL)

But seriously, it may be a dream cel.. but if I 
know I will be soo broke for a long period of 
time, is it it's worth it to me? that's usually 
how I can tell. If I second guess myself its not. 
If I don't I try to make it happen.
