I don't have the episode numbers handy, but that 
is the one where Sakuya has borrowed a camera and 
is dragging Tenchi around, taking pictures of him.

In your cel, he is sitting at a small, outdoor 
cafe table, feeling a bit uncomfortable, as she 
snaps away.  :-)

That is also the epiosode where Sakuya first 
realizes that she has no memories of her past.
