Kare Kano, form what I hear, is part CG (mostly 
the text stuff, which when considered is a large 
part of the series) and part cel. This makes a 
low cel count, in a series that is not all 
that "movement oriented" in the first place. 
Combine it with the fact that Gainax -never- 
releases cels, and you have a very rare 
series...even more so than Eva. Good luck -.-;;
