After deliberating for a while about all the 
issues involved in doing a fan cel, I finally 
decided that the answer to my problem was simply 
to 'flip' the screen capture in question so that 
I was not making an exact replica of a 
particular cel. So, the original of this cel 
would be facing the other way. I did this so 
that no one would ever fuss that I was claiming 
to have the original, if someone else owns it, 
or that I was making 'fakes' that could pass for 
real cels. Anyway, its one of my wishlist 
Generator Gawl cels and its my first ever fan 
cel! I know i need some work on getting sharper 
lines with the paint brush and I need to find 
where I can get paint pens for accent lines that 
are NOT glossy. the ones used on real cels are 
flat. But, overall, I'm pretty proud of my new 
lovely Koji cel. ^_^
