If the problem appears to be something on the 
homepage that's triggering the Keep-Track to 
update, perhaps you can point the Keep-Track on 
another link, such as the cels list page:

http://kenji39.hoops.ne.jp/cels.htm

Although if the problem is related the ad banners 
on top, then this probably won't alleviate the 
problem.
