Hi ^-^ !

Here is a cel I got a few days ago as a gift. To 
me, it looks a lot like Sakura's mother. I'm 
pretty much sure it's not a production cel since 
1) they are really rare and expensive 2) I don't 
recall this scene in any episode. I think it 
might be a fan cel but I find it to be of really 
high quality for that. Could it be something 
else ?

If anybody has an idea, please share it ^-^ !
