there is a cel that i am very interested in on 
Mandarake Auction right now, but since i don't 
have a lot of free cash i wanted to make sure 
that it was real before i did any bidding on it.  
it's labeled as a "Private Cel," though, and i 
was wondering if anyone here knows exactly what 
that means?  is it just another phrase for fan 
cel?

i'm also curious because Mandarake usually lists 
cel sequence numbers, but this auction doesn't 
have one listed, and the cel doesn't come with a 
douga.  any opinion would be most appreciated,
