I'm debugging the form/autoresp. today, so I will post the 
actual order form early tomorrow morning. ;) Was going to post 
it tonight ~midnight, but I'm going out... I get a lot of email 
so I'd rather do everything through my filtered form, that way 
no orders get lost. ^^
