I have a question. Where do you find the plastic
sheets for the cel? And what kind of pens/whatever
do you use to make the black lines?
Any specific store in mind?

Sorry for the Qs. I was just curious since I just
bought a cel from the movie I wanted to make a
layer of the flower petals to go along with it to
make it more complete.

Would you please e-mail your answers to me and any
suggestions you may have, I'm such an amatuer in
this paint it yourself stuff. *_*
