If you paid by IPMO, it's going to take a long 
while.  Ask him to make sure that he received 
your payment.  I ordered my cels in the first 
week too, but then I waited for his Paypal 
account to setup.  So I ended up sending the 
payment through Paypal, but it still took him a 
couple weeks to send out my package after 
receiving my payment.  I guess he's busy with his 
regular full-time job.  Anyway, I'm happy that I 
received the package safely, good packaging 
though.
