Hi !

Here is a question for everyone. Just wandering 
if a cel has a greater value when it is in a bag 
sealed with the name of the studio.

For example, I've been wanting to sell one of my 
SM cels but to do that, I'd have to open the bag 
so I can check for the background, the douga and 
possibly a genga that I never saw because it's 
squeezed between the background and the douga. 
However, the only way to open the bag without 
cutting it would be to break the Toei Animation 
seal on the bag. Will this modify the value of 
the cel ?
