I know what you mean.  If we are talking about 
the same person who has your majin vegeta dream 
cel (I know saiyanwolf has one for sale at the 
moment), they also have my dream cel,  Majin 
Vegeta sacrificing himself.  She stated she was 
up for offers on almost all her cels, and I have 
emailed a couple times, with no replies at all.  
Doesn't it kill you when your dream cel is at 
your grasp, but the person won't answer you back?
