Unfortunatly, standard cels are closer to 9.5" 
tall, so they don't fit in the 9"x12" book.  
However, Prat makes a similar sturdier book that 
is 9.5"x12.5", and standard size cels fit 
perfectly in that.  They only hold 24 cels and 
are more expensive than the Itoya.  Utrecht 
carries them... you can see it in their online store  I 
currently am using two of them.
