I am very new to cel collecting.  So I am still
learning all the "tricks" to it and one of them is
learning how to store them.  Now I went out and
bought a scrap book from Michael's that is
supposed to be Acid free with paper backs (so the
cel won't stick to the clear plastic covers).  Am
I doing this correctly or will it damage the cels
in any way over time?  

I looked into getting a frame for one of my cels,
but basically they wanted to charge me $126.00 for
it and that is more expensive than what I paid for
the cel!  Any suggestions/advice would be GREATLY
appreciated.
