I either keep them in a Itoya cel book, in a dark 
safe place;  or else hanging on the wall, on the 
south side of the house (so that the sun cannot 
directly touch them).

That (plus UV resistent glass) is about the best 
I know how to say.  Cels are composed mostly of 
organic chemical compounds, and organic compounds 
are NOT stable for the long haul....
