Even an image viewing program like ACDSee has a 
mini-editor that shrinks pics down to size.  
Actually, I prefer the way ACDSee does it since 
the image doesn't look blurry after shrinking.

As for rubberslug, I've seen cel scans of all 
sorts of sizes, so just do whatever you feel is 
most comfortable.
