This is what I do now since they don't 
specifically direct you to use Mr. Sano's name 
like before.  I would use the address on the 
website (under the contact information).

And, uhm. . . . Hyogo-ken isn't a person. It's a 
*place*. ^_^;; That will be in the address part.
