Since each of the deputies has different rules as 
well and those might effect your choice of who 
you ask for help. I know, for example, there are 
some cels I would not have been able to win 
without being able to bid last second. (Sometimes 
I recognize the names of the people I'm up 
against and know they're snipers, or bid 
walkers. . . etc.)  So cost isn't as big a factor 
as time of bid placement.

But just on cost alone, it's not too tough to 
just do the math and see what you come out with 
for each person you're considering. You'll find 
that in comparing some, the *exact* amount of the 
final bid makes a difference. (Example: If it's 
under X cost in yen, deputy1 might be cheaper, 
but if it goes over Y cost, then deputy2 is 
cheaper.) But usually differences like this are 
miniscule overall.
