I need to know what episode(s) Saito explains 
his 'Kill Evil Immediatly' philoshpy with the 
japanese characters appearing.  Thank you ahead 
of time for anyone who can of some help.  I have 
a general idea, but they like to repeat things 
in that show... so it's hard to say.
