*g* Can you tell I have had too much caffine 
tonight? I can't go to sleep! So I've been 
html'ing for the last few hours. ^_^;;


Lady Brick and I would like to announce the 
official opening of "Frozen Moments: Episode by 
Episode" FY extrodinare! The instructions for 
submitting a cel is on the main page, please 
follow the instructions carefully. Also, at this 
time please only -one cel per person-. ^_^;;; 
This is so poor Ryouko doesn't go insane for 
having too many cels to set up. 

If we get multiple cels for the same episode, 
whomever submitted first will go on the main 
page, then when you click the cel it will take 
you to a page where all the other cels are 
listed. After this has been going for a short 
while, I will post again announcing that I will 
accept cels for episodes that we are still 
missing.
