I used to live in Houston, and Corpus Christy.  I 
now live in Austin...where it is hot as all 
Hell.  I used to keep my cels in a shoebox 
beleive it or not, and it worked very well!  As 
for the bags...I have heard mylar-d bags are very 
good.  Only problem is they're sort of 
staticy..as in if you take them out on a cool 
day  you'll zap yourself.  But Texas doesnt get 
many cool days does it?  So I think you're safe.  
I use regular cels bags, no problems there.  I 
dont know where to get the mylar bags, but Asylum 
carries the standard cel bags :)
