Well it might be a bad theroy but ive never lost 
a dime to this day when ive decided to sell some 
cels plus i sell them for what i pay i dont ask 
more and the only time they do go for more is 
when i put them on e-bay. But then agian im real 
picky on what i buy and most of what i buy is 
rare.
