As I sit and try to balance the checkbook  
looking at my walls grumbling about "the 
habit" I was wondering if most collecters 
insure their cels.   I have renters insurance but 
it does not cover fine art,  yes the cels are 
considered fine art by more than just loving 
collectors.  I've decided to take out a 
suplemental policy but not too sure how I 
would have them appraised.   Has anyone 
else gone through this?
