I have not had these experience at YJ but I had
"kinda" similar thing at ebay....  I bought a wine
hunger thing for my in-law and I asked them to
ship it to my in-law place....  and I had only
picture from ebay and I guess my in-law did not
know how to set up and also they could not figure
out what the thing is :P  SO we had to go through
back and forth on a phone and finally they figured
it out.... :P

So it is not the same kind but yeah, it is a funny
