As I said, keep-track doesn't look at this part
of the page. But usualy, when there is banners, 
the banners themselves may change but not the 
original HTML code used to generate them. (The 
code is loaded in the page using an external 
javascript file, iframe or ilayer. Keep-track 
doesn't resolve such links)
