As much as I hate it, I'm going to have black-
list her since she hasn't sent payment for cels 
she ordered back in March.  I even gave her a 
month's warning to get back to me or else I have 
to take some action (even though it's not much, I 
must admit)... that was a month ago.

But she still has a chance to remove herself from 
the black list at any time if she can contact me 
somehow (even if by snail mail, if necessary).

I hate doing this but in the end it's really 
nothing more than a light slap on the wrist (and 
not much else).
