The set is from OVA 3: Burning Hearts 
something.  The two guys in the back are 
Keiichi's racing club sempai (one's name is 
Tomiya - the moustache guy, forgot the other 
dude's name).  The girl w/ glasses is also in 
the racing club - forgot her as well, but she's 
in the movie w/ a small role.  Nice set BTW!
