Wow cool, I will have to look into this little 
program too.  I use a program called Debablizer 
(sp?).  It's a very high end (read: expensive) 
paletizing (sp? again) program, but you can 
create gifs and animations with it.  I've 
animated a number of cel sequences for people 
using it.  But I cant use that when Im at home, 
so I need to find something new ^_^  Thanks for
