Can you really sell on YHJ without a JAPANESE 
based credit card? I heard that in order to sell 
there, you need to register with Yahoo Payment 
and use a JAPANESE credit card, issued in Japan. 
A friend of mine tried and he said it don't work.

Also, you got to pay some monthly fees, right?
