Basically refuse to deal with the inept crowd
control and many of the AX workers who need
better training. Yes many are volunteers but they
do receive training from the director and primary
staff, I should know been there and done that.
Been there for many years and as many repeat AX
goers will attest to, the quality and basic human
consideration (fans are guests too) has
deteriorated significantly.

I won't give belabor the facts, but the dealers
room was poorly managed. Usually the AX workers
don't even know where the lines started let alone
ended! They had fans lining up all over the
place! What a sad mess. They could learn from
DisneyLand. The same held true for the autograph
signings and sketches. The worse part is some
fans have been getting cheated when they held a
winning raffle ticket to obtain a signing but the
AX workers said nope, ain't gonna let you in. Uh,
whats the point of the raffle then? And lastly,
newbies ahh... weren't we all at one point in
time? But I am truly glad that is over with. As
Drac pointed out they've been driving up cel
prices for series such as YuYu to ridiculously
high levels.

In any event, the micromanagement of AX needs
plenty of work before I would return. Been there
since 97, wouldn't recommend going there for cels
if you can. Suggestion request nicely from the
large online dealers one month prior to AX xyz
series and characters. Many dealers get a
shipment and begin to pack it about three weeks
prior to AX. Those cels aren't posted on their
homepage's and you don't have to waste the
excessive dough for airline, hotel and food
expenses. Oh and you probably could manage to
avoid the whole mess of how AX is run too.
