Book setups can have multiple cel layers and 
multiple watercolor layers. A cel doesn't even 
have to be between the watercolor layers to still 
be book (clouds moving outside a window for 
example). Watch the "cycling cycling cycling la 
la la" part of the tenshi ni narumon opening for 
a really complicated book setup ^^
