If you check Yahoo Japan, there are some pretty nice ones for more reasonable prices.  Also, Collection Mall has some that aren't as expensive as those you might see elsewhere...  I know Hobby Shop RAXA has some smaller cels at very affordable prices.  Try all of those, maybe you will find something that fits your budget that you like!  ^_^

:prays that Hellsing cels when they finally do show up (heard the series is CG AND cels, actually) won't cost the equivalent of her entire collection... :
