It is not really just sailor moon the cel market 
in general right now is in the toilet.  I think 
a lot of it has to do with the fact that the 
economy still stinks and with a war that never 
seems to end people are worried about a lot of 
things other than cel collecting right now.  I 
say give it a few years and give the economy 
time to recover and eventually cel collecting 
will become more lively.  I just wish I had the 
money right now to pick up on some of the real 
cel bargains that are around now!
