Ebay should have bought Paypal a couple years ago, 
now they have to pay $1.5 billion for it.  I guess 
now EBay will merge Billpoint and Paypal together 
into one.  As a Paypal user, I don't really like 
this deal because now EBay can set any fee that 
they want.  In before, Paypal is competing with 
Billpoint, but now Ebay owns both...
