Hi,
  Just wanted to tell everybody that Vandread, 
Gate Keepers, Full Metal Panic and probably 
Hellsing both use CG and cels. I was at the 
Gonzo Panel at Anime Expo 02 and the president 
of Gonzo told me when I asked the question of if 
they would ever use cels again for their 
productions and he told me that actually all of 
them do have cels incorporated with CG's, 
however they will NEVER be released.... Though 
people would like to know...
