I was watching Gensou Maden Sayuki...but then 
again I don't think that they made cels from the 
series, except repros...but maybe you can check 
for youself. In episode 11, about 15min 40 sec - 
16min 00sec, depending what media you are 
watching from,character Hakkai has cenitpedes on 
him, and they kinda looked like what you 
had...but this is from poor memory.
